Consent to the processing of personal data




The natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), submitting an application on the website https://chopstickpro.ru/ using one of the following forms: "Submit", "Place Order", telegram, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, gives Consent to the processing of Personal data (hereinafter - "Consent") to the Individual Entrepreneur Baklina Maria Andreevna (TIN 583710108520 OGRNIP 307583701100033) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), who owns the website.

1. The User gives their Consent on the website located on the Internet at https://chopstickpro.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
2. Acceptance of this Consent is done by the User through clicking the "Submit" button on the data collection form.
3. The Consent is given for the processing of personal data using automation tools.

8. Personal data will be processed for 30 days from the moment of refusal to further discuss the project or from the moment of decision to conclude a project contract in accordance with Part 4 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", whichever occurs earlier.

9. The User or their representative may at any time revoke the Consent to process personal data by sending a written or electronic statement signed in accordance with Russian legislation on electronic signatures to IE Baklina MA at the address specified in Clause 12 of the Consent.

10. In case of revocation of the Consent by the User or their representative, IE Baklina MA has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in points 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.

11. This consent is valid until the processing of personal data specified in Clauses 8 and 9 of the Consent is terminated.
